Disconnection from my body.
Years of not feeling at home in myself.
Questions around my body, my cycle, femininity and identity.
A lot of trying to understand.
A lot of searching for answers.
And eventually, a realisation:
Understanding myself was important.
But it wasn’t enough.

We can learn so much on our own. We can read. Reflect. Meditate. Understand our patterns. But there are places where staying alone inside our own world has limits. Some patterns were shaped in relationship. Through family. Culture. Society. Expectation. Conditioning. Moments when we learned what was acceptable and what wasn’t. And sometimes the healing experience is not simply understanding where something came from. It is having a different experience. Being seen. Being heard. Being allowed to express. Feeling safe enough to stay connected to yourself while being in relationship with others. That is a big part of why I love circles, group experiences and intimate private work equally<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I bring structure and intuition together.
There is a framework.
And there is room to listen.
The practice might be precise.
The moment might ask for something completely different.
I don’t want people to become dependent on a method.
